To have an order shipped same day you must place your order by phone before 2 PM est. shipped Ground delivery.

These orders must be shipped by Air Priority Delivery

PO APO & FPO Addresses

These orders are shipped via Priority Mail using and might incur additional shipping costs. 

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of customs fees - such as taxes and duties - when your order arrives. Since these fees vary from location to location, CUSTOMS FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING CHARGES. Please check with your local customs office for more information on the fees in your area. Refusal to pay these fees will result in an undeliverable order. If returned, we do not refund shipping charges, and may assess restocking fees to cover return shipping expenses. 

Any order shipped within the US and all other countries that is not claimed by the customer will be returned to us.  We WILL NOT pay to have the package shipped back to you.  This is the sole responsibality of the customer unless the error was due to us incorrectly shipping to the wrong address.

 

Bar Supplies Direct will attempt to ship all orders complete from one location in the fewest number of shipping cartons required. When it is not possible to ship your entire order from one location, we will split the order and ship from multiple store locations and/or shipping centers.

Bar Supplies Direct will drop ship equipment and/or supplies directly from our manufacturers to you when the need arises due to an out of stock situation, reduced shipping time, etc.

Delivery Transit Time

Due to our large inventory, we are able to ship most orders within 1-3 business days after receiving it, with approved payment. Products listed as "special order item" will be shipped at the earliest possible date. Your expected delivery date is determined by the date of shipment from our shipping centers and the shipping preference you select.

While we will make every effort to provide your order by the desired date, Bar Supplies Direct does not guarantee the timely delivery of any item. To avoid disappointment, please allow sufficient time for delivery.

This chart is provided for reference only, and is not always reflective of true time frames. Please remember to take into account federal holidays, inclement weather, and other factors beyond our control that may affect the arrival of your order.

Most orders arrive within three to seven business days. (Business days do not include weekends) After your order is processed we will email you that your order is processing (usually within 24 hours) and tracking information when it ships to easily track your bar supplies order. 

When using are Table Rate for Shipping your items will be shipped via UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or Priority Mail.  The same 2 - 7 shipping days apply.  We are located on the East Coast so West Coast Orders normally are 6 - 7 shipping days via UPS. However, Priority Mail is usually 2 - 3  days Nationwide.  UPS does not deliver on weekends.

If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at info@BarSuppliesDirect.com and list "DELAYED SHIPMENT" in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours.
