BarSuppliesDirect.com strives for prompt affordable shipping! All prepaid (non-check) orders, unless otherwise noted, ship within 48 hours and usually next day by UPS, USPS or Fedex Ground (we check all options to find the fastest, cost-effective method). Orders paid for by check will take longer to ship, as we will have to wait for the check to clear prior to shipping.
Most orders arrive within three to seven business days. (Business days do not include weekends) After your order is processed we will email you that your order is processing (usually same day) and tracking information when it ships to easily track your bar supplies order.
When using are Table Rate for Shipping your items will be shipped via UPS Ground or Priority Mail. The same 2 - 7 shipping days apply. We are located on the East Coast so West Coast Orders normally are 6 - 7 shipping days via UPS. However, Priority Mail is usually 2 days Nationwide. UPS does not deliver on weekends.
Holiday Shipping Deadlines:
If you do not receive your order within ten business days, please email us at info@BarSuppliesDirect.com and list "DELAYED SHIPMENT" in the subject and we will research it and get back to you within 24 hours.
Shipping Multiple Items
Multiple items ordered from BarSuppliesDirect.com may arrive in separate boxes on different dates if products need to be shipped from various vendors. Don't worry no additional shipping fees will be pass on to you. Shipping rates are as follows:
90% of orders placed before 3 pm (EST) are shipped out same day!
UPS/FEDEX Overnight
We also offer our customers UPS/FEDEX overnight options. This is not the cheapest way to go but we understand things happen and last minute items are needed so out of this demand from our customers we decided to offer at least the option of having something shipped overnight.

Next Day Air Saver - Delivery by 3:00 PM
UPS 2nd Day Air AM - Delivery by 10:30 AM
UPS 2nd Day Air - Delivery by end of day
UPS 3rd Day Select - Delivery by end of day

Bar Supplies Direct wants you to be happy with your purchase!
If you are dissatisfied with our Bar Supply products, you may return them within 30 days of purchase in their original packaging for a FULL refund of the full purchase price of the products (sorry, shipping is non refundable). We want happy customers so we will go out of our way to do this. Please notify us at info@barsuppliesdirect.com and we will issue a return authorization number and the return address. All returns should be shipped with original forms and return authorization numbers. |
